Introduction

The Shahang factories complex (phase No. one) its activities as a result of Mr. Haj ZabiAhallah Sepehri Shojaee, the founder and the general manager of it in the field of the production of such items as :Wafer, Toffees and puffed biscuits and … started and then with the idea of development and the equipment of the factory after two years of continues work and specialty and scientific researches of skilled engineers and specialized and with the continuous effort of late Mr. Haj ZabiAhallah Sepehri Shojaee, the founder of Shahang factory complexes finally in September 1996 the second phase of it was inaugurated with the presence of the reverent governor of Khorasan .

At the present time the company is active in the field of the production of the different kinds of macaronis with different weights, having nearly 70 official, engineering and working staff under the supervision of the reverent general manager Mr. (Engineer) Akbar Sepehri Shojaee . In this relation, the complex with the costumer-centered motto and considering the different tastes and interests of the dear Iranian nationals is trying to acquire the satisfaction of the customers by up-to-date efficient researches that are carried out by quality control engineers and technical managers on the Iranian taste. And the recommendations of the related doctors on the effective elements on the easier digestion and absorption of this foodstuff in the stomach and the implementation of better, and easier cooking of it and creating a better taste based on the ideas and interests of families especially the discerning housewife.

It is hoped that we can take some steps in the direction of developing our dear Iran and giving services to our fellow citizens by taking their constructive comments into consideration.
